The iTrans is a private company established in February 2015 and registered with the government of New Zealand. The company is based in Auckland, New Zealand and in mid-2016 opened its office in Kabul, Afghanistan. The iTrans Afghanistan office aims to help the government of Afghanistan on improving the traffic systems with safer roads for drivers, passengers and commuters.

The company is initiated as limited LLC. by an individual Afghan/New Zealander and the team is composed of dedicated New Zealander experts that have years of experience in transport management and systems of their country associated with a team of highly educated Afghan experts and sector specialists in its Afghanistan Office.
