The iTrans is focusing on improving the management of Afghanistan traffic systems. The area of interest includes the vehicles technical check for the purposes of registration or permits renewal, drivers license processing, law and regulations review, traffic department employees capacity development and traffic department’s data management center.

EVERY AFGHAN WILL BENEFIT

The outcomes of iTrans efforts will benefit all Afghan men and women. Our work spans everything from helping a new driver to complete their license application to participating in discussions on how cities plan and fund their transport needs, from promoting safer vehicle to reducing death tolls and serious injuries. We ensure that the transport system remains responsive to the demands placed on it by Afghan Government and people looking to travel for work, play and study and to move goods to market. Together Afghanistan Government and iTrans collaborate. And all of these activities fit into a broader story- the iTrans.
