The iTrans’ strong management is prioritizing activities on a problem driven approach. The clients’ satisfaction is our top priority and analyzing the clients’ problems is the root to finding solutions.
The solutions provided to the client and the systems built in the government institutions with the required capacities will be smoothly transferred to government employees through a “Build, Operate and Transfer” (BOT) approach.
The first phase of our activity focuses on assessment of the technical capacity of the institution and developing of necessary recommendations to address the identified problems.

We can achieve economic growth, productive and social benefits by further integrating investment and operation activities for state highways, local roads and public transport. We will work together with other network operators in our biggest cities in the spirit of one network.
3. BRINGING TRANSPARENCY TO OUR INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT TRANSACTIONS
Over the next few years, our goals will include better planning and utilization of international transport fleet as well as better participation in the European TIR transport system which will provide a e safer, economically secure and more confident business environment.All these put positive impression of doing businesses in Afghanistan. Such improvements in trade and transport will maximize the benefits of the New Silk Road initiative
4. SAFE SPEEDS TO REDUCE DEATHS TOLLS AND SERIOUS INJURIES
Our focus on speed limit is at the heart of the enduring safer journeys along safe road system significantly reduce deaths and serious injuries figures. Managing crash forces to survivable levels is highly concentrated while developing relevant policies.
Aligning travel speeds with road function and design will help us to manage crash forces as well as our continued work on safer roads and roadsides, safer vehicles and safer people.
5. EFFICIENT ROAD MAINTENANCE INVESTMENT AND DELIVERY
Working with our local government partners we can achieve greater value for money from road maintenance and operations. We will achieve this by levels of services, and improving our practices.
