Mr. Sultan Mahmoud Shirzad PHD candidate at the (École des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociale, EHESS) in Paris. Mr. Shirzad has got his masters degree in International Law in 2015 from the University of Jean Moulin Lyon3 in France, at the same time, he has got a French law diploma from the same institution. He has got his B.A in Law and political Sciences from the Law faculty of Kabul University in 2012. He is an advocate and work with a multinational advocacy firm in Paris. He worked as a legal researcher at the (École Normale Supérieur, ENS) at the department of social sciences in Paris. He has the experience of working with many International Organizations (United Nations, World Trade Organization) and different international associations (International Committee of Red Crescent, Soldiers of Peace International Association, Global rights). He is working on the topic of Afghanistan and the least developed countries integration to the WTO multilateral trading system for his Phd thesis. His capacity of communicating with different foreign languages makes him a polyglot, good communicator and very strong in negotiations. He has an excellent spirit of problem solving that makes him a critical and analytical thinker. He is a good team player and love to take initiatives.
