
Maryam Osman is a British Architect having completed her Diploma in the Professional Practice of Architecture, Master in Architecture and BA in Architecture in the UK. She has worked both nationally and internationally as a lead Architect on various large scale projects. Her experience includes working on government led master planning projects in Libya in 2008 and she has since worked on transport projects with London Underground and Cross-rail in London, and has extensive experience working on medium to large commercial projects in both UK and Australia. As a project leader, she manages the internal design team in producing packages of information for the required project, and leads the coordination of the external consultant team being structural, civil, electrical and mechanical engineers. She utilities excellent communication skills to elicit customer requirements and to develop strong relationships with client and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Maryam is also a Lecturer of Architecture in the UK, guiding and influencing students at University level by conducting seminars and lectures. Thorough planning and preparation is required for her to be successful in this role and strong public speaking skills with clear, precise instructions are essential to this role.
