
Noshafareen Ameri as a girl growing up in Kabul, Afghanistan served as a secretary of the International NGO “Negar Association”. During her tenure, she worked with the key support groups in Kabul and different provinces of Afghanistan till 2013. Ms. Ameri graduated from University of Pune, India in Business administration specializing in financial management. She served as Copyright Manager and Acting General Manager in Ministry of Information and Culture (MoIC) in 2011 and 2012. She also served as Intellectual property Specialist (Copyright) in the project “Trade Accession Facilitation for Afghanistan” (TAFA) of United States Agency for International Development (US-AID) Ms. Ameri effectively contributed to the MoIC legal team on various laws and legislations in respect to the compliance with WTO requirements and also assisted Ministry of Information and Culture in establishing the ISBN system in Afghanistan. She established the International Standard book Number System (ISBN) in Afghanistan for the very first time within Ministry of Information and Culture in the year, 2012. Ms. Ameri attended many National and International meetings and trainings related to WTO and Green IT in Kabul, Nepal, India and USA in 2012- 2013. Ms. Ameri served as an active member of “First student’s parliament” and “World organization of students and youths” in India. She is honored with honorary awards and certification from Ministry of Culture, Indian council for cultural relations and best foreign student Award from Sinhgad Technical Education Society, India. She has undertaken a number of courses aimed a furthering her professional development, such as Personality Development; Media and Communication, among others. Throughout her experiences and professional development, she strengthened the ability to build, develop and maintain beneficial relationships at all levels utilizing her language skills [in English, Persian, Urdu, and Hindi] and to coordinate efforts with activities occurring in various regions and countries. Currently she is perusing her Master degree in the United States and appointed as a safety member in district office Mountain house in California, US.
