Mr. Haseebullah Sarwaree got Master’s Degree in Transport Engineering in 2014 from Nagoya Institute of Technology, Japan and Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Faculty of Engineering at Kabul University in 2008. He has professional experience of 6+ years in sustainable transport policy development, transportation planning and design, public transport infrastructure planning and design, project management, quality assurance practices and monitoring and evaluation of transport infrastructure and he has worked as Head of Transportation Department at Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, Transportation Planning & Design Engineer at Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, Senior Urban Infrastructure Engineer at Ministry of Urban Development and Housing and as Road Design Engineer to MUDH and several private companies. He has strong skills in research, policy development, and transportation project planning and management.
