Mr. Mohammad Zubair Omer got Master’s Degree in International Development in 2013 from the International University of Japan (IUJ) and B.A in Economics from Faculty of Economics at Kabul University in 2008. He has over 6 years of work experience in project management, private sector development and policy analysis and he has worked as Project Management Advisor at Afghanistan Justice Sector Support Project (JSSP) U.S. Department of State/INL Contractor PAE, Senior Private Sector Development Specialist at Afghanistan Resource Corridors Project (ARCP) – World Bank funded within the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum (MoMP), Development Programs Advisor to the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation (MoTCA), Donors Relation Officer at MoTCA, Regional Coordinating and Monitoring Officer as well as Admin Officer at Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA). He has strong inter-personal skills and proven ability in project planning and management.
