To reducing of air pollution and early damage of roads through vehicle testing and issuing of warrants and certificates.

We will integrate planning, investment and operations so that travel around our towns, cities and rural areas is seamless, more efficient and safer whether by walking, cycling, using public transport, freight vehicles or cars. - SHAPE SMART TRANSPORT CHOICES
We will help to shape the transport choices that people make by providing good information and encouraging them to travel safely and efficiently. Together with the government of Afghanistan, we want to work cooperatively with other network operators to unlock the land transport systems potential contribution to a thriving Afghanistan. - SHAPE SMART TRANSPORT CHOICES
We are ensuring that the state highway network plays its part in the wider transport network and contribution to safe and reliable journeys. Over time we aim to improve the experience that the people have on the highways; and we will work to ensure the state highway network is resilient and able to develop to meet Afghanistan’s requirement over time. - MAXIMIZE RETURNS FOR AFGHANISTAN
We work with Government to support making smart and innovative Investments in the national, regional and local land transport system because we need to ensure every dollar we spend helps Afghanistan thrive. Together with our partners we will allocate funds to advance national and regional transport objective.
